Wiebke Loeper began her studies in 1990 at the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig with Arno Fischer and Joachim Brohm. From September 1999 - January 2000, she received a photography scholarship for the US, and earned her degree with the project Butcher Boy. Loeper lives and works in Berlin.
